Content-Management-Systeme

Ein Content-Management-System (kurz CMS) ist ein System zur Verwaltung von Inhalten, mit welchem sich Text-, Bild- und Multimediainhalte verwalten lassen. "Content" steht dabei für die Informationsinhalte und "Management" für die Verwaltung dieser Inhalte. In der Regel handelt es sich dabei um eine serverseitige Software, welche die Verwaltung Ihrer Inhalte übernimmt und zusätzliche Aufgaben wie Navigation, Suchindex und Kontaktformular weitgehend automatisiert erstellt und aktualisiert, denn komfortable Eingabemasken ermöglichen die Eingabe von Daten ohne Kenntnisse von HTML oder Datenbanken. Diese webbasierte Software sorgt dafür, dass Sie auch ohne Programmierkenntnisse die Inhalte Ihrer Website pflegen und verändern können, da die Inhalte prinzipiell losgelöst von Design und Technik verwaltet werden können.
